Aufgaben
- Deliver EMBA programs with world-class service
- Coordinate program deliverables
- Gather teaching materials from faculty
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., marketing, F&B)
- Support participant learning experience via LMS
- Answer participant requests during their journey
- Collaborate on process improvement for efficiency and experience
- Support virtual sessions and webinars
