Anforderungen
- Strong expertise in motor control systems (BLDC)
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium)
- Experience with embedded systems design (microcontrollers, FPGAs)
- Knowledge of power electronics (DC/DC converters, battery management)
- Familiarity with sensor integration (encoders, force/torque, IMUs, vision systems)
- Understanding of communication protocols (ethercat, CAN, Ethernet, SPI, I2C)
- Experience with harness design and cable management for moving systems
- Signal analysis and debugging ability (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
- Knowledge of safety standards for high-voltage/current applications
- Experience with thermal management of power electronics
- Background in electrical system design for articulated mechanisms
- Experience with real-time control systems and feedback loops
- Familiarity with lightweight power solutions for mobile applications
- Knowledge of wireless power/data transmission and charging systems
- Experience with failure mode analysis and reliability testing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Aufgaben
- Keep existing products and robotic systems operational
- Develop new electronics for upcoming prototypes
- Oversee production of your designs with suppliers
- Design and develop electrical systems for complex robotics
- Select and integrate electronic components for optimal performance
- Create production schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams
- Develop and maintain electrical documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in existing robotics
- Integrate systems with mechanical and software teams
- Implement power distribution for high-performance electromechanical systems
- Design and validate safety circuits and fail-safe mechanisms
- Support manufacturing team during production and assembly
- Conduct signal integrity analysis
- Perform EMI/EMC mitigation
