- Skilled in analysing data, validating results, and translating insights into action
- Excellent project and time management capabilities

Aufgaben
- Manage daily ecommerce operations across warehouse and retail fulfilment channels
- Oversee omni-channel flows including click-and-collect, in-store returns, and home delivery
- Drive performance across service, cost, and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and optimise KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and fulfilment efficiency
- Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for growth and cost control
- Collaborate with Logistics, Retail, and Transport teams on network strategy and capacity planning
- Design and maintain the omni-channel operating model for integration between stores and ecommerce
- Partner with IT and Global Project Teams to implement and maintain backend systems and tools
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align fulfilment operations with customer experience goals
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Train and support internal teams on best practices and new systems
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for scalability and operational excellence
