- Experience leading small teams and owning strategy
- Strong commercial acumen with data-driven, analytical mindset
- Broad understanding of core business functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of DACH customer needs and market dynamics
- Minimum B1 German and strong English language skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and impact-focused approach

- Drive topline growth and bottom-line performance.
- Develop a sharp commercial strategy.
- Provide strong cross-functional steering.
- Ensure scaled, flawless execution.
- Define commercial category strategy.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Drive go-to-market strategy across DACH.
- Collaborate with central and local stakeholders.
- Lead performance management across categories.
- Steer performance using input and output KPIs.
- Grow the portfolio with Own Brands.
- Drive acquisition, migration, and retention of Own Brands.
- Define competitive pricing strategy.
- Define promotion strategy for your category.
- Monitor pricing dynamics for key products and bestsellers.
- Run pricing tests.
- Recommend local price adjustments balancing competitiveness and profitability.
- Build and execute campaign and promo roadmaps.
- Collaborate with central teams on roadmaps.
- Track campaign performance.
- Manage cost versus budget.
- Optimize promotional impact.
- Define onsite commercial strategy for categories.
- Define customer discovery, evaluation, and choice processes.
- Drive profitable growth from traffic.
- Translate category strategy into merchandising principles.
- Ensure portfolio visibility across the customer journey.
- Analyze onsite performance insights.
- Utilize insights to steer priorities.
- Continuously improve outcomes.
- Lead and develop a small team.
- Set team direction.
- Steer and influence an extended cluster squad.
- Ensure outcome delivery from the squad.
