Anforderungen
- •1-2 years experience in E-Commerce, CRO, or Digital Optimization
- •End-to-end e-commerce mindset
- •Strong understanding of conversion optimization, UX principles, and sales psychology
- •Experience working with A/B testing tools, analytics, and dashboards
- •Ability to turn data into clear actions and priorities
- •Comfortable working cross-functionally with UX, tech, content, and performance teams
- •Structured, curious, and commercially minded
- •Fluency in English (German is a plus)
- •Experience with Shopify and/or Magento environments
- •Familiarity with personalization, product sorting, or recommendation logic
- •Prior exposure to brand-driven D2C companies

- •Own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across channels
- •Design differentiated onsite experiences for new and returning users
- •Develop channel-specific journeys for Meta, Google, CRM, and Organic
- •Differentiate user guidance between categories like Watches and Jewelry
- •Own and evolve the CRO roadmap for landing pages, PDPs, PLPs, and checkout
- •Define hypotheses based on data, user behavior, and sales psychology
- •Plan, prioritize, and evaluate A/B tests with UX, Website, and IT teams
- •Analyze onsite performance metrics, including conversion and engagement
- •Improve customer journeys for various audiences and campaigns
- •Collaborate with Copy & Creative to optimize messaging and persuasion
- •Support campaign and launch setups from a conversion and UX perspective
- •Document learnings and translate them into scalable best practices
