- Lead and support global sales teams
- Develop sales training and materials
- Coordinate pricing, quotations, and opportunity management
- Support customer events, congresses, and marketing initiatives
- Define battery product development strategies and technical direction
- Lead technical concepts and development methodologies
- Lead systems engineering approaches for the battery portfolio
- Drive technical offer preparation and RFQs
- Drive development approaches, cost estimation, and risk assessment
- Ensure project execution and product maturity
- Ensure product quality, competitiveness, and continuous improvement
