- Drive international process development projects
- Standardize engineering changes and global rollouts
- Shape the Technology Roadmap and manage CAPEX
- Select and qualify suppliers for manufacturing solutions
- Provide leadership to local process engineers
- Develop technical expertise and foster talent globally
- Coordinate the global Subject Matter Expert Platform
- Promote knowledge exchange and best practices
- Support plants with operational challenges
- Implement efficiency initiatives, including digitalization
- Identify and evaluate innovative technologies
- Maintain Freudenberg’s technological edge
