- Define and execute pricing strategy for 15+ APAC and EU markets
- Drive strategic and innovative pricing initiatives
- Integrate AI and automation in pricing operations
- Identify and test customer willingness to pay
- Maintain fair and competitive price perception
- Build pricing experimentation roadmap
- Align cross-functional teams on pricing initiatives
- Guide product feature developments for fee communication
- Set and achieve customer fee P&L targets
- Manage a team of 10 pricing managers and analysts
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment
