- Hands-on, pragmatic mindset; strategic and operational ability
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English and German; additional language a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
Aufgaben
- Own and evolve global logistics and HUB strategy
- Define group-wide logistics governance
- Enforce group-wide logistics standards and procedures
- Establish clear interfaces across Global, Regional, HUB, and Branch organizations
- Serve as key logistics partner to Executive Management
- Partner with regional leadership teams
- Lead global rollout of centralized material management
- Drive ongoing maturity of centralized material management
- Oversee centralized planning processes
- Manage material allocation processes
- Direct replenishment processes
- Optimize material flows between factories and HUBs
- Improve material flows across branches and intercompany networks
- Ensure effective use of new and used material
- Align material usage with group rules
- Manage HUB performance
- Control HUB costs
- Maintain HUB service levels
- Ensure HUB compliance
- Define operating models
- Determine capacities
- Develop layout concepts
- Drive improvements in throughput
