  • Provide specialist knowledge on sterile and low bioburden processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Implement aseptic standards and best practices
  • Harmonize standards across TRD pilot plants
  • Improve standards for all modalities (Cell and Gene Therapies, Radioligand Therapies, ADC, New Biological Entities)
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Transfer knowledge in sterility assurance
  • Troubleshoot issues in cross-functional projects
  • Align stakeholders on pragmatic solutions
  • Mentor and develop network members
  • Address critical skills gaps
  • Evaluate and select external contractors
  • Ensure integrity of outsourced processes
