Anforderungen
- •Deep expertise in multi-country payroll operations
- •Strong understanding of HRIS, ERP, payroll engines, vendor ecosystems, data architecture, and audit requirements
- •Ability to design validations, data schemas, canonical models, and ingestion rules
- •Literacy in transformation frameworks, operating model design, and governance structures
- •Capacity to interpret complex regulatory requirements and convert them into system rules, controls, and documentation
- •Demonstrated ability to lead transformation within a defined domain while maintaining operational stability
- •Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent-development orientation
- •Commitment to building internal capability and promoting from within
- •High emotional intelligence, psychological safety leadership, and people-first mindset

- •Experience leading multi-country transformation programs with clear milestones, communication plans, and risk controls

- •Execute the global strategy for Payroll, Mobility, Immigration, and Travel
- •Ensure stable implementation across the multi-country operating model
- •Apply structured learning and data-driven judgment to refine execution
- •Strengthen governance, compliance, and controllership frameworks
- •Maintain statutory accuracy and internal-control discipline
- •Identify improvement opportunities within the existing strategic architecture
- •Oversee vendor, systems, and data architecture performance
- •Ensure SLA/OLA adherence and platform stability
- •Evolve canonical data structures and validation rules
- •Drive execution of transformation and operational improvement plans
- •Deliver migrations, vendor transitions, and process changes
- •Safeguard continuity during high-risk periods
- •Resolve escalations and cross-functional blockers
- •Develop and elevate teams across operations and compliance
- •Create psychologically safe environments for team growth
- •Coach through errors and strengthen internal talent pipelines
- •Ensure Payroll, Mobility, Immigration, and Travel operate predictably and compliantly
