- Design and standardize end-to-end processes
- Lead harmonization and remove process inefficiencies
- Improve TMS, WMS, and analytics systems
- Strengthen visibility and data-driven decision-making
- Implement global KPI frameworks and dashboards
- Drive service, productivity, and OTIF improvements
- Manage transportation and warehousing transformation
- Optimize network design and service models
- Partner with regions on change management
- Build capabilities and support local implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities
- Resolve trade-offs with IT and Finance
- Report progress and risks to leadership
- Propose mitigation strategies for transformation issues
