- Frequent travel to matches, club offices, league meetings, industry events
- 10+ years experience in ticketing, partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within sports, live events, or adjacent industries
- Deep understanding of European football ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience with multiple ticketing and distribution models
- Established network with football clubs, leagues, agencies, rights holders, venues across Europe
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex commercial partnerships
- Fluent English
- Strong preference for additional European languages
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
- Flexible schedule aligned to match calendars and partner needs
- High autonomy
- Strategic and execution-oriented mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Aufgaben
- Lead business development and partnerships with European football clubs, leagues, federations, agencies, and venue operators
- Prospect, pitch, and structure Open Distribution partnerships
- Negotiate and contract Open Distribution agreements
- Onboard new Open Distribution partners
- Cultivate senior relationships with club executives, commercial directors, ticketing leads, league officials, and rights holders
- Represent StubHub at European matches, club meetings, league events, and industry conferences
- Partner with legal, operations, product, marketing, and compliance teams to activate and scale Open Distribution agreements
- Navigate varied ticketing and distribution models
- Advise on primary ticketing exclusivity, open distribution frameworks, resale regulations, and hospitality structures
- Monitor league policies, federation regulations, and market dynamics to adapt partnership strategy
- Build, manage, and report on a robust European football pipeline
- Track deal progress, partner performance, and revenue impact
