- Proficiency managing/developing digital communication platforms, especially intranet solutions (e.g., SharePoint), and publishing internal communications
- Demonstrable project management skills in complex communication and digitalization projects
- Experience in planning and executing communication events
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, confident interaction at all organizational levels
- High digital literacy and willingness to serve as peer coach for modern collaboration tools
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

- Serve as primary spokesperson for media relations
- Develop and implement communication content globally
- Establish public affairs representation with stakeholders
- Ghostwrite for President and executives
- Manage intranet and employee magazine publication
- Support change management and transformation projects
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Investor Relations
- Coach on modern collaboration tools
- Lead cross-functional projects
- Plan and manage communication events
