  • Graduate degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years' healthcare experience with 8 years’ brand sales and marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech sector
  • Proven ability to establish brand strategy and drive executional excellence
  • Experience driving above country marketing initiatives and influencing diverse, multicultural matrix teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)

  • Develop and implement brand and disease area strategies for the international region
  • Drive sales growth through market expansion and brand adoption strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and affiliates for co-creation of brand strategies
  • Lead the Brand IBT, setting agendas and action points for execution
  • Champion partnerships and collaboration within the IBT for continuous improvement
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and support
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and associations
  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with portfolio objectives and local needs
  • Ensure effective positioning and messaging tailored to cultural and regulatory environments
  • Support affiliate teams in identifying opportunities and challenges creatively
  • Identify lifecycle management opportunities for sustained growth
  • Develop customer-focused brand plans for consistent implementation
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track marketing effectiveness
  • Drive market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Manage the brand budget for effective resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards in marketing activities
  • Champion ethical marketing practices across affiliates
