- Act as the main point of contact for business departments, including requirements analysis and coordination with external business partners
- Implement and deliver Microsoft 365 projects
- Identify and implement automation opportunities (Azure Automation, Power Platform, Copilot)
- Create group-wide IT dashboards and reporting solutions
