- Advanced university degree in technical or relevant field

- Experience writing business requirements for third-party platform integrations
- Curiosity and initiative in exploring emerging AI tools
- Experience coordinating with or managing delivery teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical thinker with data-informed approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple workstreams
- Proven interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce or similar AI agent platforms
- Design experience including mock-ups and rapid prototyping
- Experience with digital analytics platforms and data-driven product decision-making
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows and pull request processes
Aufgaben
- Analyze and map existing business workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Lead end-to-end workflow transformation initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions
- Challenge and improve existing processes
- Ensure technology decisions align with workflow needs
- Own Salesforce product roadmap for business transformation
- Define Salesforce fields, objects, flows, reports, and dashboards
- Design Slack-based AgentForce integrations
- Manage development requests and ensure quality
- Translate business needs into actionable specifications
- Collaborate with engineering on AI-powered agent experiences
- Review and iterate on delivered work
- Stay current with Salesforce, AgentForce, and Slack capabilities
- Contribute to prototyping and product development
- Handle configuration changes and frontend adjustments
- Drive innovation with emerging AI tools
- Collect and clarify product requirements
- Ensure clear and comprehensive product specifications
- Maintain living documentation of product decisions
- Act as primary contact for business and content teams
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate support requests and cross-team dependencies
- Handle operational tasks for product development
