Aufgaben
- Deliver the digital bancassurance roadmap with banking partners
- Lead digital project delivery with local execution countries
- Manage project governance, progress monitoring, and risk mitigation
- Prepare materials for Steering Committee meetings
- Follow and improve digital customer experience standards
- Share and document best practices across the network
- Drive the rollout of standard digital bancassurance solutions
- Coordinate business requirements for APIs and customer journeys
- Manage group-level implementation of digital solutions
- Maintain and optimize group-wide front-end tools
- Identify solution issues and propose enhancements
- Contribute to strategic non-business-as-usual initiatives
- Align strategic plans with partners and internal stakeholders
- Deliver initial use cases for new initiatives
- Provide status updates on progress and roadblocks
- Coordinate with IT, Legal, and Business Development teams
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Research and share digital insurance and AI trends
- Adopt new tools, processes, and standards through training
