Aufgaben
- Lead global expansion and operational scaling of Adobe AEM platform
- Bridge gap between regions, IT, and business units
- Transform individual launches into a scalable operating model
- Protect platform standards
- Accelerate time-to-market
- Maximize impact of global digital investments
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of global AEM migrations
- Lead brand rollouts across multiple regions
- Act as primary interface between Global Digital Marketing, IT, and regional business units
- Act as primary interface with external agencies
- Oversee deployment timelines
- Oversee risk mitigation
- Oversee technical integrations (e.g., SEO, analytics, search platforms)
- Drive Adobe AEM training for markets
- Drive Adobe AEM onboarding for markets
- Drive Adobe AEM training for internal stakeholders
- Drive Adobe AEM onboarding for internal stakeholders
- Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems
- Define long-term strategy for global Adobe AEM platform
- Define evolution of global Adobe AEM platform post-rollout
- Align platform strategy with corporate goals
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications
- Maintain a prioritized, transparent feature backlog
- Drive CMS lifecycle management
- Drive CMS feature development
- Ensure platform remains state-of-the-art for all markets
- Monitor platform KPIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders for ongoing stability
- Collaborate with stakeholders for post-launch optimization
