- Analytical thinking, flexibility, resilience, and cost-resource mindfulness
Aufgaben
- Support development of new engine components across all subsystems
- Establish technical requirements and operational parameters for components
- Align technology and specifications with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with suppliers on technology surveys and component developments
- Support FMEA processes and document failure modes
- Contribute to knowledge management by documenting lessons learned
- Supervise testing at engine, machine, or supplier sites
- Support test bench operators with technical problem-solving
- Define instrumentation plans and validation test cycles
- Define and monitor DVPnR tasks in the validation portal
