- Implement pragmatic corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Application Engineering, Procurement, and Sales.
- Continuously build process and customer knowledge.
- Clearly explain complex topics.
- Provide informal onboarding support to new team members.
- Balance cost, quality, and time-to-market.
- Align work with business objectives.
