- Lead the full design process, from concept to delivery
- Lead Design Operations to ensure effective decision-making
- Develop design strategy
- Optimize design processes
- Determine and implement process improvements
- Oversee prioritization of design initiatives and workflows
- Manage the Design System
- Manage design tools
- Oversee asset management
- Oversee software vendor relationships
- Handle software contract renewals
- Introduce new design tools
- Train the team on design tools
- Estimate design intake
- Define and measure UX success metrics
- Create and implement measurement plans
- Ensure quality for successful delivery
- Foster collaboration with UX organizations
- Foster cross-functional collaboration within Design Operations
- Liaise with UX teams in other business areas
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure growth
- Collaborate with UX teams to invent and iterate on user experiences
- Collaborate with in-house and external UX designers
- Cultivate a positive team environment
- Ensure design quality through consistent tools and processes
- Facilitate communication with cross-functional stakeholders
- Reinforce design processes, systems, and best practices
- Create presentations communicating UX and Design Operations
- Represent and advocate for navify product requirements
