Anforderungen

  • •8+ years of product design experience in enterprise software
  • •3+ years in design leadership roles
  • •Proven track record of leading design strategy
  • •Experience mentoring designers and fostering design excellence
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience designing AI-powered features, conversational interfaces, or intelligent automation tools
  • •Deep understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
  • •Portfolio showcasing real-world AI product experiences
  • •Strong systems thinking ability with experience designing for complex workflows
  • •Understanding of observability, monitoring, or analytics domains (preferred but not required)
  • •Experience working within design systems and contributing to scalable design solutions
  • •Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • •Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • •Experience partnering with product managers, engineers, and data scientists

  • •Define and execute the design strategy for AI-powered experiences
  • •Lead the design evolution of Copilot and future AI initiatives
  • •Establish foundational interaction patterns for conversational AI
  • •Collaborate with product management to influence AI feature roadmaps
  • •Guide design decisions across the Data Intelligence capability
  • •Serve as the primary design contact for capability leadership
  • •Lead zero-to-one design explorations for emerging AI use cases
  • •Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences
  • •Establish design standards and interaction patterns for AI features
  • •Integrate AI features seamlessly with existing Dynatrace workflows
  • •Contribute AI-specific components and patterns to the design system
  • •Ensure consistent AI experiences throughout the product
  • •Establish a shared design language for AI interactions
  • •Mentor and coach designers on AI design best practices
  • •Advocate for users throughout AI development processes
  • •Lead user research initiatives on AI feature adoption and effectiveness
  • •Design conversation frameworks, response patterns, and error recovery flows
