Aufgaben
- Shape and develop the Product Engineering Team structure
- Transition new products and developments to series production
- Prepare technical documentation for new developments
- Ensure technical quality assurance of series products
- Collaborate on development and customer projects
- Guide projects from specification to series production
- Build and lead a team of five
- Implement efficient structures and processes
- Manage interfaces with development, purchasing, and production
- Manage interfaces with product management and customer support
- Optimize manufacturing processes for quality, cost, and efficiency
- Analyze quality deviations
- Develop and implement sustainable improvement measures
