- Manage the full project lifecycle from roadmap to validation
- Conduct workshops to capture complex functional requirements
- Configure Vault lifecycles, workflows, and data models
- Oversee timeline, resource planning, and budget tracking
- Advise stakeholders on GxP and IDMP best practices
- Manage communication between project teams and customers
- Mentor junior consultants across the global organization
- Create training materials and lead train-the-trainer sessions
- Improve cross-vault ecosystems and master data governance
- Support sales by drafting Statements of Work
- Translate technical Vault capabilities into value propositions
