- Several years of practical experience in Debt Capital Markets with proven track record in independent client coverage
- In-depth knowledge of Debt Capital Markets, including primary and secondary bond markets, and macroeconomic and interest rate developments
- Solid understanding of investor needs, stock exchange and listing requirements, and pricing and documentation requirements for bond transactions
- Networking skills with ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Effective communication skills with client-centric approach
- Experience in ESG finance
- Willingness to travel frequently
Aufgaben
- Lead-manage Eurobonds for Financial Institutions, Supranationals, and State Agencies
- Collaborate with Bond Syndicate, Transaction Management Group, Institutional Sales, and NWUs
- Cover issuers in Western Europe, CEE, CIS, and DACH regions
- Win mandates and structure Eurobonds and Private Placements
- Work independently with clients as deal-team lead and fixed income expert
- Maintain ongoing dialog with Treasurers and Debt Management Officers
- Pitch DCM products to clients
- Prepare pitching books, presentations, mandate letters, and term sheets
- Respond to requests for proposals
- Act as deal-team head and subject matter expert
- Coordinate with joint-bookrunners for smooth operations
- Initiate non-deal and deal-related roadshows and client events
- Gather information on new product developments
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Identify and compile target lists for coverage countries
