- Professional experience in BI, analytics, or business planning
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake architectures, and Tableau or Power BI
- Business fluent English
- German proficiency
- Strategic thinking
- Data governance background
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Forecasting methodologies background
Aufgaben
- Ensure stable use of BI and analytics platforms
- Support users with training and practical enablement
- Define and maintain analytics standards
- Apply common standards for dashboards and forecasting
- Design and maintain forecasting models
- Develop business planning models
- Provide advisory support on BI and digital integration
- Advise on forecasting methods and AI deployment
- Coordinate BI/Analytics activities across units
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support testing and go-live decisions
