- •Support Data Analysis, BI Development, and Data Governance teams
- •Focus on improvements in lean/agile methodology
- •Ensure successful implementation of project management strategy
- •Continuously improve project control and governance
- •Contribute to team framework and standards for project delivery
- •Provide project planning and delegation
- •Monitor milestones and manage project scope
- •Estimate resources needed to achieve project goals
- •Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- •Set and manage delivery expectations with team members and stakeholders
- •Ensure transparent, data-driven reporting to stakeholders
- •Act as a liaison between the Senior Vice President and workstream leads
- •Implement efficient change control methods and processes
- •Drive change management initiatives across the function
- •Support managers with weekly project status updates
- •Coordinate non-technical projects on an ad-hoc basis
- •Foster a trusted environment for problem-solving
- •Support team self-organization and cross-functionality
