- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in cyber security with strong focus on identity, cloud, and network security in enterprise environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical competence
- Deep technical expertise with Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure security, privileged access concepts, Zero Trust, secure network design, firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Checkpoint), SASE, and remote access
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in investigating and interpreting security events using Microsoft security logs, Splunk, and CrowdStrike, and driving remediation via service providers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with external partners or managed service providers
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, AZ-500) or scripting/automation capabilities (bonus points)

- Maintain security architectures for Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Purview, and Azure.
- Define security baselines for Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Purview, and Azure.
- Maintain security baselines for Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Purview, and Azure.
- Incorporate privileged access and Zero Trust principles.
- Manage Email and Communications Security.
- Guide and supervise third-party providers for security configurations.
- Ensure third-party alignment with policies and best practices.
- Govern identity and access management.
- Oversee privileged access management.
- Manage conditional access.
- Continuously improve Zero Trust capabilities.
- Support and coordinate security monitoring and incident investigations.
- Use Microsoft audit and logging tools.
- Use SIEM platforms and endpoint detection solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Design secure network and cloud architectures.
- Integrate firewall and secure access solutions.
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
