Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Stress/Structures/Mechanical or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering
- 8+ years' experience in commercial aircraft design within EASA Part 21, Subpart J Design Organization (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) for Structures (EASA Panel 3)
- Demonstrated experience with EASA Part 21J certification
- Experience in seat development and certification from concept through approval
- Knowledge of ETSO (C127, C39 series) performance standards for aircraft seats
- Deep knowledge of EASA airworthiness regulations and applicable requirements (e.g. CS-25)
- Knowledge of related ACs and AMCs relevant to cabin interior, seats and prim. structure
- High attention to detail
- Extensive experience with aircraft interior and prim. structure modification programs
- Ability to thrive working on multiple programs with varying requirements
- Experience in leading complex projects
- Experience influencing team members and stakeholders (suppliers, customers, solution providers)
- Willingness to develop, mentor and coach less experienced staff
- Solid expertise with ENOVIA
- Solid expertise with Catia V5/V6
- Solid expertise with Altair Hyper Works
- Solid expertise with PATRAN / NASTRAN

- Lead certification activities for major and minor projects
- Ensure compliance with design requirements
- Serve as a technical focal for certification and structures issues
- Compile structural substantiation documents for product certification
- Review structural substantiation documents for new seat and seat furniture
- Review structural substantiation documents for cabin interior modifications
- Review structural substantiation documents for primary structure changes
- Handle connectivity solutions for antenna installation and removal
- Collaborate with Boeing teams and stakeholders
- Ensure product delivery in correct condition and quality
