- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Organize transport arrangements and container inspections
- Monitor and maintain permits, authorizations, and licenses
- Assist in resolving operational issues
- Liaise with stakeholders such as warehouses, trucking companies, surveyors, and authorities
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
