Aufgaben
- Build and lead a high-performing Customer Value team
- Hire, onboard, and develop a team of approximately 5 Customer Value Strategists
- Set clear standards for analytical rigor and execution quality
- Act as a hands-on leader in critical situations
- Partner with Product and Tech to embed procurement best practices into the Tacto platform
- Leverage AI to enhance team workflows and experiment with new approaches
- Own the end-to-end realization of cost savings for customers
- Identify opportunities and develop business cases for execution and tracking
- Lead initiatives like category strategies and supplier negotiations
- Engage with manufacturing companies ranging from €50M to €5Bn in revenue
- Lead complex customer engagements and senior stakeholder discussions
