- Analyze quality deviations
- Support corrective and preventive actions
- Create, maintain, and analyze reports
- Perform data analysis using MS Excel
- Create Excel evaluations, pivot tables, and charts
- Generate structured reports in Excel
- Manage quality concerns for assigned customers
- Manage projects for assigned customers
- Liaise internally on technical and quality topics
- Liaise with customers on technical and quality topics
- Collaborate with customers on new product development
- Collaborate with customers on product improvements
