Aufgaben
- Support Customer Success team
- Establish trusted advisor relationship with accounts
- Monitor and finalize client onboarding
- Train clients on Reviewpro Reputation tool
- Train clients on hospitality best practices
- Increase adoption and engagement of tool features
- Monitor client engagement and health
- Interact regularly with clients via phone and email
- Communicate new features to clients
- Follow up on bugs and issues with Customer Success Team
- Support renewal process with Customer Success and Sales Teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
