Anforderungen
- •At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar field
- •Native German speaker with strong communication skills in English and one additional language (French, Italian, or Spanish)
- •Analytical skills to identify trends and make predictions based on data
- •Strong prioritization skills
- •Passion for understanding customers and helping them succeed

- •Support customers in adopting the TELUS Health platform
- •Act as a trusted partner for existing clients
- •Manage a portfolio of customers to retain and grow accounts
- •Understand customers' needs and ensure KPIs are met
- •Define collaboration strategies with regular touchpoints
- •Proactively address potential challenges and offer solutions
- •Create requirement-specific solutions with clients
- •Support service implementation and onboarding
