Aufgaben
- Manage and retain a portfolio of dynamic clients
- Drive product adoption and satisfaction
- Achieve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) goals
- Uncover upsell opportunities with Account Managers
- Optimize self-service resources, user groups, and events
- Refine CS processes and tools with operations
- Analyze customer data for actionable insights
- Share critical feedback with product teams
- Host educational workshops for customer improvement
- Manage a dedicated portfolio with 1:1 and 1-to-many initiatives
- Design and execute the digital customer journey
- Ensure value-driven touchpoints from onboarding to renewal
- Build digital programs using email, in-app messaging, video, and webinars
- Analyze usage patterns and behavioral signals
- Prioritize outreach to at-risk customers
- Identify and document expansion opportunities
- Foster a community through user groups and events
- Relay customer feedback to shape product roadmap
