- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Answer questions about our products and services
- Guide entrepreneurs through the application process
- Collect necessary documents for credit decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer success
- Proactively share customer feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
- Monitor competitors' offerings
