As a Customer Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with strategic customers to ensure successful deployments and ongoing operations of the platform. This role involves defining technical outcomes, implementing observability, and training customer teams, while also driving reliability and documentation efforts.

Anforderungen

• •Hands-on experience in Python
• •5+ years in SRE/Platform/Solutions/FDE
• •Strong with Kubernetes, containers, Linux, IaC, CI/CD, networking, backup/restore
• •Experience with observability stacks and scripting
• •Enterprise integration experience and confident communication
• •Residency in the European Union

Aufgaben

• •Own technical outcomes from POC to production
• •Produce reference architectures and reusable templates
• •Unblock enterprise environments including identity and networking
• •Define SLOs and error budgets with customers
• •Implement end-to-end observability and dashboards
• •Create runbooks and playbooks
• •Lead L3 incident response and root cause analyses
• •Drive reliability roadmaps to completion
• •Plan and execute upgrades and security patches
• •Ensure rollback and post-upgrade verification
• •Participate in the on-call rotation
• •Train customer teams on operations and emergency procedures
• •Hand off processes to Support and Customer Success Management
• •Prioritize reliability and productization backlog
• •Document setup guides, diagrams, SLOs, and testing procedures
