Anforderungen
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn schematics
- Experience diagnosing technical challenges

- 1–2 years customer/field service support experience
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, thermodynamics
- Familiarity with hand tools and digital multimeters
- Ability to walk, stand, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, climb, work at height
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to distinguish colors and work with electricity
- Ability to work in noisy environments
- Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

- Collaborate with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment
- Use digital analytics for troubleshooting
- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess and address technical issues
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on vacuum systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plasma systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on gas systems
- Coordinate and communicate directly with customers
- Collaborate with senior field service engineers
- Support internal teams to improve business processes
- Ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned
