Customer Care Team Lead(m/w/x)
Leading customer care for mobile application compressors and vacuum pumps, optimizing processes and team tasks. Business Administration or Industrial Engineering degree, continuous improvement process experience required. 30 days vacation, predictable working hours.
Anforderungen
- Enjoyment of dealing with people and customer communication
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Analytical abilities for process understanding
- Experience in implementing and monitoring continuous improvement processes
- Ability to develop and lead a team
- Several years of leadership experience (ideally in order management, production planning, or procurement) or at least several years of experience in customer care, sales support, dispatch, or order management
- Good expression skills in speech and writing
- Ability to deal with conflicts
- Experience in building customer relationships
- Very good knowledge of standard MS programs
- Knowledge of local ERP system (advantage)
- Fluent German and English skills
- Other language skills (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Provide operational and managerial leadership to the Customer Care team
- Optimize internal processes
- Propose new ideas to increase customer satisfaction
- Distribute tasks to team members based on abilities
- Motivate the team
- Mentor team members
- Develop the team in line with departmental objectives
- Challenge employees appropriately
- Conduct employee reviews
- Lead feedback sessions
- Perform performance appraisals as per company regulations
- Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Assist Sales with lead time information
- Enter orders into the system
- Coordinate delivery times with Production for open orders
- Organize product shipping to customers
- Track shipping notices
- Support Sales in tracking outstanding invoice payments
- Handle customer problems and complaints effectively
- Gather organizational information to meet customer needs
- Communicate information to customers accordingly
