Anforderungen

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or business (ideally PhD, MD, or MBA)
  • 3+ years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategic development preferred
  • Proven track record of influencing and presenting complex strategic topics to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; ability to solve complex problems and build quantitative models
  • Skilled at distilling complex or abstract problems into succinct strategic frameworks and tactical plans
  • Ability to influence senior leadership through active listening, excellent communication, and strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate critical analytical findings to senior leadership and drug development teams
  • Effectively facilitate discussions with business leaders and cross-functional teams to develop insights and drive alignment on strategic decisions
