Anforderungen

- Experience in CRM and/or membership programs and strategies
- Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ownership of designing and delivering new initiatives
- Customer-focused and passionate about data-driven decision making
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
- Fluency in English (local language is a plus)
- Language: English (UK)
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (such as Hightouch)
Aufgaben
- Drive the loyalty program
- Support omni-channel acquisition and retention plans
- Grow member engagement and lifetime value
- Implement global CRM and loyalty strategies
- Support regional initiatives for benefits and services
- Manage external partnerships
- Coordinate loyalty activities and program rollouts
- Provide in-store education
- Act as the regional point of contact for loyalty
- Share insights and KPIs
