- Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics and repair identification

- Strong RV management knowledge
- Knowledge of German automotive regulative framework
- Great written/verbal communication in Italian and English
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement operational processes, systems, and infrastructure
- Ensure high quality and timeliness of operations
- Manage multiple departments or an entire processing unit
- Purchase and source vehicles for fleet expansion and enhancement
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with insurance companies
- Oversee market P&L up to gross profit
- Engage with key clients and oversee market B2B activities
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with road assistance partners
- Schedule regular vehicle maintenance
- Order urgent or emergency vehicle repairs
- Establish efficient routes and transportation schedules
- Ensure smooth vehicle sourcing, logistic, and operational flows
- Coordinate drivers and maintenance professionals for customer schedules
- Manage vehicle licensure and registration
- Search for, hire, and train new fleet representatives
- Provide management reports on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress
- Develop methods to decrease costs and improve efficiency
- Manage the overall fleet value
