Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or completed apprenticeship
- Certified Balance Sheet Accountant
- Practical experience in financial accounting, preferably in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, with focus on IFRS 16
- Experience with accruals, deferrals, provisions, intercompany accounting, and payroll-related entries
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP FI/CO) and strong MS Excel skills
- Good understanding of commercial and tax accounting requirements
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with strong analytical skills
- Professional fluency in English; good German language proficiency is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Support preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
- Post and monitor accruals and deferrals per commercial and tax regulations
- Create and maintain provisions, including provision schedules
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and account for intra-group transactions
- Post and review payroll-related transactions in salary and wage accounting
- Post facility cost allocations and other internal cost allocations
- Process and account for factoring transactions accurately
- Implement and maintain lease accounting under IFRS 16
- Execute scheduled depreciation runs for assigned entities
- Collaborate with the Controlling team and other Finance departments
