Aufgaben
- Support the Corporate Secretary in all governance matters.
- Ensure compliant and effective governance for ExB and GWMC.
- Schedule ExB and GWMC meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas.
- Prepare meeting documentation (minutes, resolutions, extracts).
- Follow up on meeting action items.
- Ensure materials are accurate, clear, and compliant.
- Act as deputy Corporate Secretary when required.
- Take ownership of diverse team tasks and projects.
