- Manage client instructions for elective corporate actions
- Book transactions upon confirmation within required deadlines
- Resolve position breaks
- Escalate complex cases for prompt resolution
- Liaise with clients, portfolio managers, analysts, and traders
- Coordinate with a network of custodian banks
- Update procedures and perform departmental administrative tasks
- Support Legal, Compliance, and audit-related inquiries
- Identify potential issues within operational workflows
- Propose continuous improvements for IT applications
