- •Process complex invoicing using Salesforce and D365
- •Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers and internal partners
- •Communicate proactively via email and phone
- •Clarify open questions and issues with customers
- •Ensure KPIs and dashboards are met for your market
- •Prioritize and distribute cases to meet SLAs
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities
- •Identify recurring service issues through market data stewardship
- •Perform root-cause reviews to suggest process improvements
- •Diagnose and document solutions for out-of-process cases
- •Codify learnings as best practices for team growth
