Product costing and pricing analyses for global sweet-packaged food brands. Very good German and/or English knowledge required. Cross-functional collaboration on global brand portfolio.

Anforderungen

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling
  • 2-4 years experience in financial or business controlling
  • Solid understanding of planning, reporting, performance analysis
  • Advantageous experience in cost, product, or operational controlling
  • Very good knowledge of German and/or English
  • Strong MS Excel skills, high affinity for data and systems (macros a plus)
  • Advantageous experience with SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, Hyperion/EPM tools
  • Structured, analytical, solution-oriented work approach
  • Hands-on mentality, strong ownership, independent work ability
  • Communicative team player, goal-oriented work approach

Aufgaben

  • Partner on planning, budgeting, and performance controlling.
  • Prepare forecasts, management reports, and business analyses.
  • Support decision-making with product costing.
  • Conduct pricing analyses and simulations.
  • Perform economic assessments.
  • Act as a key finance business partner.
  • Serve as the main contact for management on controlling.
  • Serve as the main contact for budget owners on controlling.
  • Prepare and coordinate forecast processes.
  • Prepare and coordinate budget processes.
  • Prepare and coordinate latest-estimate processes.
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc management reports.
  • Prepare performance analyses.
  • Analyze variances and key figures.
  • Analyze product costing and supply-chain-related costs.
  • Analyze and steer cost structures and drivers.
  • Enhance transparency across KPIs.
  • Steer performance using cost, margin, and efficiency.
  • Handle and coordinate the price approval process.
  • Develop reporting and planning processes.
  • Lead or participate in finance-driven projects.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects.
