Financial business partnering for a global food manufacturer, focusing on product costing and supply chain analysis. Solid understanding of planning and performance analysis required. Support for local organization in budgeting and forecasting.

Anforderungen

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling
  • Solid understanding of planning, reporting and performance analysis
  • Experience in cost controlling, product costing or operational controlling is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and/or English
  • Strong MS Excel skills and high affinity for data and systems (macros are a plus)
  • Experience with SAP FI/CO, SAP BW and/or Hyperion / EPM tools is an advantage
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
  • Hands-on mentality, strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Communicative team player with a goal-oriented way of working
  • Strong analytical mindset, high data affinity and structured, hands-on way of working

Aufgaben

  • Support local organization in planning, budgeting, and performance controlling
  • Act as key finance business partner with focus on cost, margin, and performance
  • Prepare and coordinate forecasts, budgets, and latest-estimate processes
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc management reports and performance analyses
  • Analyze variances and key figures, including product costing and supply-chain costs
  • Analyze and steer cost structures and drivers, including fixed, variable, and overhead costs
  • Support transparency and performance steering across cost, margin, and efficiency KPIs
  • Handle and coordinate price approval process
  • Develop reporting and planning processes
  • Lead or actively participate in finance-driven and cross-functional projects
