You will drive financial accuracy by managing reporting, optimizing system processes, and supporting a major SAP transition to ensure the company makes data-driven decisions.

Anforderungen

  • Degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • Experience as controller, accountant, or auditor
  • Experience in reporting and financial accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite
  • Great English communication skills, German bonus
  • EU citizenship or Austrian work permit
  • Strong strategic focus and impact orientation
  • Problem-solving and team leadership skills
  • Senior-level interaction and stakeholder management
  • SAP ERP FI/CO module knowledge

Aufgaben

  • Support the Finance Manager with cost planning
  • Manage actual reporting events
  • Ensure financial data accuracy across systems
  • Execute global efficiency and effectiveness projects
  • Perform controls to ensure financial compliance
  • Review accounting entries for standard alignment
  • Execute local and global closing processes
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring errors
  • Provide targeted feedback to the support team
  • Identify accounting and reporting process improvements
  • Optimize the system setup for recharging processes
  • Support the transition to SAP ASPIRE
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing
  • Map accounting logic in new systems
  • Document financial submissions for grants
  • Assist with bi-annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Handle local and global financial requests
